Crockpot Cooking: Beef Stroganoff

Beef Stroganoff with Egg Noodles  Yield: 4-6 servings Ingredients:  1 package stew meat, cut into smaller pieces (in half will be fine) 1 1/2 cup beef broth 2 cups (1 package) sliced creminis 2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1.5tsp jarred garlic) 3tbl Worcestershire  2tsp Dijon mustard Salt and pepper to taste 1c sour cream 1 bag egg noodles Add the meat, broth, mushrooms, garlic, mustard and Worcestershire sauce to the crockpot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Quickly mix in the sour cream, stirring constantly to avoid it breaking.  Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Serve stroganoff over noodles.
